• Our recently refurbished, centrally heated Bunkbarn is stylish and comfortable and offers fantastic versatile accommodation for up to 10 people. It’s ideal for individuals, couples, groups or families, as we offer complete flexibility, so whether you are looking for an individual bed in a shared room, a private room with or without en suite, or the whole Bunkbarn, subject to availability, we’ll be able to accommodate you.
• On the ground floor is an open plan living dining and kitchen area with comfortable sofas, TV, board games and books.
• The modern fully fitted kitchen makes self catering both easy and enjoyable. The kitchen is well equipped with an electric hob, cooker, fridge, microwave and toaster as well as all of the pots, pans, crockery and cutlery you could need.
• Alternatively we offer a range of delicious home cooked evening meals, which we serve to you in the Bunkbarn. See a sample menu. Pre booking is not required, you can just choose from the menu when you arrive, however we ask that orders are placed before 6pm so if you’re going to arrive late than just let us know beforehand and we’ll do our best to ensure that we have something ready for your arrival.
• We offer a choice of 2 dining areas, one with a large table, perfect for groups or individuals wishing to get to know their follow travellers, or alternatively we have a smaller table overlooking the garden, for those preferring more intimate dining.
• We have a drinks license and stock a wide range of wines, beers and ales.
• If you fancy a meal out, there is a pub and restaurant just a 5 minute walk away, or there are a number of lovely pubs in local villages serving food which are just a short drive away.
• All bedding, linen and towels are provided.
• Prices include a self service breakfast of cereal and toast, tea and coffee and we can also provide hot breakfasts baguettes if required for a small extra charge.
• Packed lunches are available daily, just let us know that you’d like the night before and we’ll have it ready for you in the morning.
• The bunkbarn has a drying room for boots and coats, plus washing and clothes drying facilities are also available.
• You’ll find the scenery in every direction stunning and the bunkbarn has a garden with picnic tables which overlook our 30ft waterfall (Rainby Force) where you can regularly watch groups of kayakers paddling over the falls (see video on the home page).
• If you are booking the whole Bunkbarn, well behaved dogs are welcome. We regret that dogs are not permitted if you are only booking a bed or a room, due to their being shared communal areas. Dogs however are welcome in our Yurts or on the campsite. Check in is 3pm, however if you arrive early you are welcome to use our campsite facilities and check out is at 11am.
